Round Robin Assignment Rule

Hello, 

 

We need to implement round robin assignment rule on one group " Globla incident"  where Group members works in Three regions APAC, EMEA and AMER. all Agents are in "Global group as well as Regional Groups ( APAC, EMEA and AMER - based on their work location)

I think you need to create 3 rules, triggered on the 'opened_by.country_code' (or any other way you get the location of the opened_by) and use the script to assign it to the group and round robin through your assigned to based on their workload/schedule/etc. but only use the users with the same country code.
