Have a business / use case where we are wanting to have an email sent out at X time of the day (16:30 EST), this email needs to have a list of all newly assigned project tasks for that day, then some additional verbiage on the email notification.
I feel the best way to do this is with a scheduled report, but I'm having troubles actually getting the notifications to kick off properly..
The scheduled report has to have a defined user or group to be sent to, and I need it to simply send based on the report. I've tried adding the group, but this emails the entire group if one of the users meets the condition.
I can do it by user, but the problem is that then I would have to add every single user to the report, and that seems cumbersome / not an ideal way to do it.
Not sure, but is there a way to do this via the conditional statement? - I'm leveraging the Omit if no records, which works for the individual users, but need to find how to send to the users if records exist on the report.
