Hello,
Just wondering if there is a way we can schedule calendar invitation, using "scheduling assistant" in outlook and also an ability to choose rooms for meetings?

Hi Keerthana,
Thank you for the clarification. This is not available in the base product.
That would require ServiceNow to have access to your Exchange server to access the free/busy schedule of users and conference rooms. Similarly, Exchange would have to make the free/busy information available to ServiceNow.
This sounds like an intriguing, yet somewhat complex, integration

Hi Keerthana,
This looks like a Microsoft Outlook question. Is there a ServiceNow question here that I am missing?

Hello Chuck and Mayur,
Let me put my question in a better way. I need to create a calendar meeting invitation from servicenow where users should be able to choose rooms and also they should be able to check the availability of other members who will be attending the meeting. Just like the "scheduling assistant" in microsoft outlook does. It is because the current servicenow's "Meeting Invitation" doesn't let us to see if all the participants are available for meeting or not. If there is a way where we can check the availability of participants for a meeting then we can schedule it to a time when everyone is available so that there are no conflicts with other meetings.
