I have many different knowledge bases, but only two oob knowledgebases are showing on the portal shown below. Also No articles are showing up here other than the one shown below

Hi,
You can find the Published State here (in the Related List of Each Knowledge Base).
Make sure they are published:
Is the Valid To field of your article in the future?
On the Knowlegde Base Related List "Can Read", make sure, the user you are testing with, is assigned one of the given Roles:
Make sure, the KB is assigned to your Portal:
Mark my answer correct & Helpful, if Applicable.
