Service now attachments are not showing up in Manage Attachments section

I'm using service now api https://xyz.service-now.com/api/now/attachment/file api for attaching files to the incidents. Files are getting attached to the incident and they are appearing in activity section but not showing up in the Manage Attachments section. How do I resolve the issue?

Hello Kajal, I am also facing similar issue, my attachments are getting attached but not showing when I click on manage attachment, though it is visible in the activity section. I checked the attachment table and there is no prefix added in table name record, am I missing something here?

I'm also facing the same issue. I dont see a prefix in table name and I'm able to see the attachment in Activity but unable to view it under Manage Attachments. I'm ussing the OOTB Attachment API Post method.

Any suggestions would be helpful.
