Hi All,

There are 3 tabs in SOW when you open the record. Overview, Details and related records now the Details and related records tabs are missing in workspace.

Any help is appreciated

Thanks in advance

Hi @Anoja ,

  1. From the All menu, navigate to sys_ux_app_route.list.
  2. From the UX App Routes list, select the tab record that you want to modify.
    • To modify the order of a common tab. For example, the Details tab, select Record Details Tab. Any changes that you make are applicable to the Details tab in all associated record pages in multiple workspaces.
    • To modify the order of a record page-specific tab. For example, the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace, select Overview whose App Configuration is Service Operations Workspace and Parent macroponent is Record Page Tabs. Any changes made are applicable only to the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace.
  3. On the UX App Route form, modify the Order field. If the UX App Route form doesn’t contain the Order field, add the Order field to the form. For more information about adding a field to the form, see Show or hide fields on a form.
  4. Select Update.

Hi @Anoja

I have just checked in my Instance, and I have opened one of the records,  Details and Related Records sections are available. Please find below screenshot for the same.

If the tabs are not available for you, Please use below bullet points:

-> From the All menu, navigate to sys_ux_app_route.list.

-> From the UX App Routes list, select the tab record that you want to modify.

-> To modify the order of a common tab. For example, in the Details tab, select the Record Details Tab. Any changes that you make are applicable to the Details tab in all associated record pages in multiple workspaces.

-> To modify the order of a record page-specific tab. For example, in the Overview tab of the incident record page in Service Operations Workspace, select Overview whose App Configuration is Service Operations Workspace and Parent macro ponent is Record Page Tabs. Any changes made are applicable only to the Overview tab of the incident record page in the Service Operations Workspace.

-> On the UX App Route form, modify the Order field. If the UX App Route form doesn’t contain the Order field, add the Order field to the form. For more information about adding a field to the form, see Show or hide fields on a form.

Thanks,

Yes that worked!  (see attached screen shot.

Now, next question.  I did  find one for the Investigation -record page Tabs in that listing and changed that order number to higher than Overview, but it's still showing up as the first tab on the Incident record.  We are not currently linking CI's to incidents so this one is always going to be blank.

Can we not have that tab display or is there another way to move it in the tab order on the Incident form?

try to play along with the order, it should help
also make sure you refresh in order to for change to take action

Yes the old Refresh option - now that I did that it's at the end!

Thank you very much

Hi Sandeep ,
