Hi All,
I am referring for SOW and I found the below link for it's feature.
Here I had one doubt that how to get investigate tab under the incident, is it enough to install Agent client collector( ACC)for investigation and itsm pro subscription?
I tried in my pdi to install ACC.still investigate tab is not visible. Is anything more I need to do?

Did you check whether plugin is installed or not correctly.
Could be reason, plugin might be paid and hence features are not accessible.
Have you checked -
