ServiceNow Community Answers stuck in "My Unmoderated Items : My Items"

Hi All,

I recently started responding to a few community questions and found that the majority of my responses are stuck in "My Unmoderated Items: My Items" with the status Awaiting Approval and are not being published to the main question page.

 

Could someone please explain the review rules , including whether it is automated, manual, and the ETA for approvals, or If I am missing something in the settings that is triggering these approvals prior to posting?


Ex: I answered a question 4 hrs. back and is not yet posted.
