Hi,
I want to limit the sidebar to only users with itil. How can i go about it. I can manage which users can be contacted but if a end user without itil license manage to get into our servicenow instance, they can create a sidebar discussion. How can we limit this to only itil users?

Hi @Krissy
Unfortunately, there is no option to restrict non-itil users of creating Sidebar discussion.
I tried to lock down the underlying tables, but the ACLs were not considered.

I spent time checking this but there is no option i found like we can restrict side bar on role based.
