SLA/OLA Creation for Multiple Catalog Tasks

We are trying to incorporate OLA for our catalog tasks and are looking at the best practice for configuring the OLAs when assignment groups who are assigned multiple tasks within an RITM requests. We know there will need to be OLAs for each task but how do we set the conditions to separate Task 1 & 3 in the example below. We cannot use assignment group as it would combine task 1 & 3.
Example:
Catalog Task 1 -Service Desk does the work
Catalog Task 2 -The database team does work
Catalog Task 3 -Service Desk does more work
Any suggestions appreciated!
