I am trying to create one SLA which should not run on 2nd,4th saturdays, all sundays and public holidays.

I am unable to write.

Can any one tell how to do the above.

Thanks & Regards,

Hi Prasanthi,

If you select the 2nd and 4th Saturday in April, it will then use the 2nd and 4th Saturday in every other month.

Please have a look at this

April 2021

May 2021

June 2021

July 2021

August 2021

And same continues for every month.

Hope this solves your query.

Hi Prasanthi,

April calendar is just for reference to show you the implementation on this new scheduler.

But if you look at this

find_real_file.png

also this one

find_real_file.png

definitely it will run on every 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. (you don't need to change date for every month, it will run automatically)

Please mark Correct and Helpful if this helps you anyway.

Then how will system know every month's 2nd saturday and 4th saturday.

Please let me know..

Thanks

Prasanthi

When you select the date for the first run, it will calculate if it's the 1st/2nd/3rd/4th day in that month, and then use that going forwards.

So if you pick the first Sat in April, it will then use the first Sat in every other month.
