SLA run excluding 2nd, 4th satrudays, all sundays and holidays

I am trying to create one SLA which should not run on 2nd,4th saturdays, all sundays and public holidays.

I am unable to write.

Can any one tell how to do the above.

Hi @Prasanthi ,

You can try for new "Schedule" from "System Scheduler" module

You can make 3 schedule entries for holiday on 2nd and 4th Saturday and also on Sundays.

and one "Child Schedule" for all public holidays

Select this new schedule for SLA requirement

For 2nd Saturday Off, refer below

For 4th Saturday Off, refer below

For All Sunday Off, refer below

For all public holidays - Add "Child Schedule" of "US holidays" with "Edit" button

on clicking "Show Schedule" link your scheduler will look like as below

Thank you for your wonderful reply, here I have one doubt. 

For April month 2nd and 4th saturdays you mentioned the dates. 

Here for every month will I need to change the dates or system will take the next month dates automatically.

Please let me know.
