Good Afternoon,
I set up the virtual agent Slack integration today with one of our subprod instances, working really well and running topics all fine but my client wants to @mention the app in a slack channel and have virtual agent reply that way instead doing everything within the app itself but its not replying.
Has anyone else managed to get this to work? I have added the app to the channel already
