special handling notes pop-up not displaying

Even though the properties and configurations for "special handling notes" on incident table is defined, there is no pop-up /alert is displayed when the matching incident record is opened or the page is loaded.

Also, ensured that browser pop-up settings is also enabled.

There is no known issues documented for Paris release.

Have you checked the property sn_shn.note_preferences:

If checked it will only show once per session. You can test it by logging out and in again.
