special handling notes pop-up not displaying

Even though the properties and configurations for "special handling notes" on incident table is defined, there is no pop-up /alert is displayed when the matching incident record is opened or the page is loaded.

Also, ensured that browser pop-up settings is also enabled.

 

There is no known issues documented for Paris release.

Hi @Sunil 

Please check this LINK which tell that you have to configure form layout and get "Special Handling Notes Pop Up" over form layout then only your configured popup will come on screen if condition is met.

Since form layout is configured try some below things. 

Just try to recreate this record again by deleting previous record.

Also did you tried to use other browser ? Did you cleared browser cache?

On my PDI I tried in incognito mode of chrome and it is working fine.

Also you mentioned in your previous replies that Type/Expires on/ Display Popup is set fine, so it should not be an issue.

One thing while setting condition on top of it you will see something like this "X record matches condition" so try to open that link where condition is met and open that record.

If new creation record don't solve problem better to raise a HI ticket and consult with ServiceNow support.

Yes, recreating the configuration and using incognito mode displayed the pop up alert.

It took some time interval for the changes to take place. I believe there is some scheduler job which runs at some frequency to take the new configurations.
