sys_updated_by field changes to admin

We have a custom table which extends the Base Configuration Table(cmdb). The updated by(sys_updated_by) field on the custom table changes to 'admin' after 15-20 minutes automatically. We have checked the scheduled jobs but could not found any one related to our issue. Can anyone please help us with this.

Hi,
Have you check the scheduled job scripts or schedules it update records each 15 mins.
You can check Run script CONTAINS table name.
Also,
There is no below line, hence it updates the system fields.
object.setAutoSysFields(false);

is this happening for all records or particular records?
Did you find out any common thing for those records?
Did you check scheduled workflow or any flow running?
