The RITM is showing Active is True even after the request has been completed.

Not sure why The request item (RITM) is showing Active = True , even after the request has been closed.
It is supposed to go to Active false state after the request has been closed.
Can you please let me know why this is happening, and any solution to this.

Active is driven by stage field so make sure stage of the RITM goes to close so it should auto change active to false.

What you can do is modify ARS Request workflow to do something like below

Set stage to completed on End activity

Can you please help me, where do i get the workflow of the ARS request? 
when i open it all i can see is Item Diagnostic. 

Go to maintain item and search for that catalog item. Click on in on next to workflow.

I found the item, but it looks like there is no workflow to it. In that case while might be the issues? Thank You for your quick reply.
