The RITM is showing Active is True even after the request has been completed.

Not sure why The request item (RITM) is showing Active = True , even after the request has been closed.
It is supposed to go to Active false state after the request has been closed.
Can you please let me know why this is happening, and any solution to this.

Hi Mike, I found the work flow and changed the End to stage Completed. But still showing the same thing.  IS there any other thing that might be causing active = true.
Also how do i check if it has fixed the issue? Thank You for your quick response sir. 

Once you make changes to the workflow you can test it by submitting new request and completing it. For all old existing requests you have to manually change stage to complete or active to false.
