Hello All
I want to customise homepage image of my ServiceNow Now Mobile App.
Is it configurable or not? If yes, how should i do it?
and i also want to change this description of tickets while opening 'My Request'.
It is currently showing short description of catalog item, and i want it to show short description of RITMs, so that it will be easier for user to understand which ticket it is.

Hi,
You can modify the homepage image and also description of the requests as well.
Hompage image can be configured in sn_me_static_media_section table.
Go to sn_me_static_media_section.list on the left filter nav and you will be able to set the image and messages it displays on the homepage of the Now Moblile app.
For Description you can check the applet related to the list.

Many thanks to you, i have done homepage image modification.
But for Description i am not able to find the applet related to the list.

Hi ,
In Studio -->Mobile app you can try checking the Applet--> My Request or which ever applet you want to update --> and then select the List Screen section and and below that you can try Field configuration or UI Style configuration mapping the field needed.
