To make reference field value as hyperlink and it should redirect to other page

Hi All,

I want to make the related field "Config admin group"(reference field) under the "Configuration item" hyperlink. When I click on that link it should redirect to the "on-call schedule" page for that particular group as well as for the current date.

Please help me to find the solution for the above query.

1. create a ui macro which stores the link

2. use field_decoration attribute to call the ui macro
