Toggle them in article body

Hi Team,

 

Whats the use of toggle theme button present in article body ? The icon which is present towards the end. Even if I toggle and save the article with white color while rendering it reverts back to black color. I didnt find any article related to the Toggle theme in article body to understand its functionality and limitation.
