Translating Service Catalog Variables

I am trying to configure snow for multiple languages and have installed the german plug in. When I view a Catalog item in either UI or ESS site the standard cat item field names are displayed in german but catalogue variables are not. Has anyone applied translation to catalog variables and can advise if further configuration is required

Can you give me more information? You did install the plugin for Spanish and ervything except your question/variable is translated?

I tried the same everything is translated in french except for the variables and questions. Do I need to make any changes. Could you please guide me. Thanks !!

It did not work me by using Translated Text table. I have pulled correct variable in document field and need to translate it into French.

Please advise.

If you are looking to translate questions into French create an entry in Translated Name/Fields [sys_translated] table as shown below:

Also, check if I18N: French Translations plugin is activated under System Definition --> Plugins.
