UI action not visible in Service portal

Hi All,

I want the UI action (Client unchecked) of a record to be displayed in the Service portal view. Can anyone please help me out?.

Hi,

Can you please share if any exiting UI action is visible?

Where should be displayed in Service Portal?

Are you using OOB portal or any customization done?

Hi Anil,

Thanks for the reply. I wanted to display custom UI action in the form widget of the customised Service portal.

Hi,

you can only show UI actions on the form in portal which are Server Side.

Did you ensure for your UI action the condition is getting satisfied?
