Unable export the data while export CSV getting empty file

Hi Team,

While downloading the report in excel format in service now, we get this below error while extracting report as an excel sheet for 5k records.
When export CSV file format getting empty record zero size
Earlier we use to 10k record for excel but now we are getting less than 5k record post upgrade.
Error : Export stopped due to excessive size. Use CSV for a complete export. zero record showing
We are unable to download the dump , the dumps are directly emailed.
Also in scheduled report attachments are missing .

I tried on my PDI & its working fine. For workaround, if you are able to download in some other format then download that &  convert in your needful format.

I would love to hear if @Ankur Bawiskar  have any work around for this.
