Unable to edit multiple records in list view

Hi everyone,

We have recently upgraded to Paris.

We couldn't list edit for multiple records. In the list view, Iam able to select multiple records and update it. But when I open the record nothing is updated. For eg: If Iam selecting 10 records, only the first one is updated.

Is that something related with the upgrade? Before it was working fine.

Does anybody else faced the similar issue, any help is highly appreciated.

Hi,

yes there were recent posts around this for Paris upgrade

Resolution

The issue was with the below system property whose value need to be set to 3000.

glide.xmlutil.max_entity_expansion

Value to 3000

It was a known problem from ServiceNow which they have fixed.
