As an ITIL user unable to link problem records to the new change request.
In the new change request form i am trying to link problem record. I am able to add only with the admin role.

The Problems you are trying to ag are hopefully active and not closed problems.
Because closed problem will not be tagged.

So when the ITL user clicks on edit button selects the problem and save it you don't see any record is it?
