unable to open the sidebar discussion content

Hi,

some users are unable to open the unread messages from the sidebar discussions.

It's continuously loading but unable to open. For reference, we have attached the screenshot.

Please help me out here, how to check further.

Hi,

I tried the suggested solution and it really did solve the problem for me thank you! However, I’ve noticed that when I create new discussions, the loading icon appears again and the list doesn’t show up.
Is there anything else I need to do to fix this issue for new discussions as well?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
