Hello,
I have logged into my PDI Utah instance for the first time with the plan of playing around with Theme Builder. I have installed the Theme Builder plugin and it says that it is installed however. When I search Theme Builder in the Application Navigator it is not available in the list.
Can anyone explain why this would be missing? Have I missed a step?

Even though in the ServiceNow store it says, "Automatically entitled on all sub-prod instances, all ServiceNow instances and all ServiceNow developer portal instances" this statement is not true. You will need to click the get button from the ServiceNow store to see it in your PROD plugin list > then install from your instance.

Hi there! I'm guessing this has resolved for you one way or another by now, haha, but in case it helps anyone else searching... I had to:
- Activate through the store
- Install the plugin
- Flush cache
- Logout/login
Then it was there!
It still seems pretty buggy. I built and implemented a theme with it and now it doesn't show up on the Builder so I can't edit it there.

A trick that worked for me: Elevate your role and on the refresh it will show the Theme Builder.

What worked for me is switching applications in the application picker. I changed from Global to "Portal Next Experience Theme" and after that I was able to search and find "Theme Builder"

Go to Plugins in Application Navigator.
Select Installed Plugins.
Search for Theme Builder in the list.
Once you find it, select it, and click on Repair.
Log out of your account and log back in again.
change from Global to "Portal Next Experience Theme"
This should help refresh the changes
