Hi All,
Actually our instances got upgraded automatically upto production, unfortunately after 13 days we found out that all instances got upgraded to Vancouver. Please let me know what I need to do now. Previously I did upgrade, after upgrade I checked on p1 p2 skipped records and I have moved the same to uat and prod. But now all records got upgraded and no issues were reported. Is there something I need to do now for skipped records, i didn't do any skipped records. Please help me on this.
Thanks & Regards,
Aditya.

Hi @Aditya253
Actually our instances got upgraded automatically upto production, unfortunately after 13 days we found out that all instances got upgraded to Vancouver.
Atul: Just for safe side, please check is any change raised for this . I am sure its is OOTB but for audit purpose check the same.
Please let me know what I need to do now. Previously I did upgrade, after upgrade I checked on p1 p2 skipped records and I have moved the same to uat and prod.
Atul: Go to Upgrade history or logs and check is any conflict still there or every everything is overwritten. Perform a round of testing quickly way just to ensure everything is fine.
But now all records got upgraded and no issues were reported. Is there something I need to do now for skipped records, i didn't do any skipped records. Please help me on this.
Atul: Prepare a lesson learnt and RCA how and why this upgrade not known to you as mention (Actually our instances got upgraded automatically upto production). Plan the user training or update docs if any.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
