User unable to see reports on dashboard

Hi all,
A user is unable to view reports on their dashboard that was working fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Mallika Bhupath ,
As all reports belongs to incident, change, catalog task and active = true applied on all reports.
You can check at task table level [list view] if there is an active record exist for that user.

Where ever you see Security Constraint, is an ACL issue. That user dont have read access to that table or the result returned by the query.
Rest of the reports doesnt return any result.
