it's still not working.   how do i mirror the user's session. I want to view their session so i can see what they're seeing.

Does the user have one of these roles: itil,text_search_admin,admin?



Check out Global Text Search properties for list of roles required to use Global search.

Hello Doja,



Check once if the global text search is enabled or not.


Go to -->System properties -->global text search and see whether its enabled or not.


If not then enable it.
