Users unable to see Dashboard

Hello SN Community!

I have a non-itil user that I am trying to grant access to see a Project Dashboard. However, they keep getting the following message:

I have created a role for this user that is granted share access to the Dashboard (and all the widgets/reports contained). I tried adding an ACL to the tables as well as granted the user pa_viewer and report_user roles. Same message.

Any help would be appreciated.

My colleague figured out what was going on...

I was missing a read ACL to the pa_dashboards for the Role I created. Once that was created and granted, the users with the role were able to see the dashboard.

I see the list of users - which includes this non-itil user that I'm talking about.

Are there any roles also specified?

If there are then the users will need that role.

There are no roles specified there. I even tried adding the role they have there but it still didn't work.
