Users unable to see Dashboard

Hello SN Community!

I have a non-itil user that I am trying to grant access to see a Project Dashboard.  However, they keep getting the following message:

I have created a role for this user that is granted share access to the Dashboard (and all the widgets/reports contained).  I tried adding an ACL to the tables as well as granted the user pa_viewer and report_user roles.   Same message.

Any help would be appreciated.

There are no role restrictions listed in the dashboard properties:

I wonder if it is only the access to the dashboard or the underlying data that's causing this.

Can you try and create another dashboard with some report that the user in question have access to.

My colleague figured out what was going on...

I was missing a read ACL to the pa_dashboards for the Role I created.  Once that was created and granted, the users with the role were able to see the dashboard.
