Using Copy Change Feature we needs to copy change tasks fields also , How to implement?

Hi All,

We are using "Copy Change" UI action in change module. We need to copy the Change Task fields along with the change request fields from the originating Change Request,

We can see "change_task" is mentioned in the below system property which used in "ChangeUtilsSNC" script include.

System Property - com.snc.change_request.copy.related_lists

Still the change tasks are not yet copying when we use "Copy Change feature.

Can anyone please help me with this issue?

Hello Aswathy,

I just tried same and this is OOTB feature so just check your personal instance and compare it with your instance there will be some difference in your script or property also.

I have copied the UI action code from my personal instance and it is working fine now
