Using Journal fields and journal input

I am using the ServiceNow business edition and trying to create a new application.

Steps done to date:

1, Create a new table by extending the TASK table

2. Personalized the form layout to have different sections that are displayed as tabs

3. In one of the the tabs, I have selected the "Additional Comments" field to be displayed.   This field is defined as a "Journal field"

4.   When I enter data into the "Additional Fields" column, the data is saved.   However I cannot get a Journal listing of the prior "Additional Comments" nor can I see the last entered comment in the journal field.

Is it possible to get the Journal listing on the form?

Hi Prabakar,

if you enter data into the "Additional Comments"Field data is saved and it shows the latest comment you enetered.

Exa: On Incident form I have entered  data and can see the lates record in list below. Screenshot for the same.

>> You can check the lates comment updated in sys_journal_field table.
