VIP field on 'Opened for' on Interactions in Agent Workspace

Has anyone been able to this successfully? if so, can you share how you did this?

You will have to add VIP field using form layout on interaction form layout for "workspace" form view

Hi Sachin,

Sorry should have clarified the ask; we want to make visible the VIP flag on the opened for on an interaction record. We capture VIPs when creating an incident so I want to see the same on the interaction record

Above steps i mentioned will help you to add VIP flag for opened by on interaction record.

VIP flag is on sys_user table and opened_by is a reference field pointing to sys_user table.

This worked but now how do I have the checkbox automatically checked to see the VIP icon for VIPs
