VIP indicator to be enabled within Agent Workspace Incident form. 

In the platform, the incident form shows VIP when the caller is set up as a VIP user. I need this option to show in Agent Workspace. Where do I need to go to configure this to show in Agent Workspace?

unfortunately this is not possible for the Agent Workspace.

As Maik noted, this feature is not available in AW but I had provided a workaround for this in another thread (please see below). Hope that works for you.
