Why some of change fields are getting readonly once standard change applied while creation?

Hello,

I have custom standard template which we use and whenever we apply this template some of the fields are getting read only, this is not the case with Normal and Emergency. Also, It wasn't like that earlier, it used to work fine but from past few days it's behaving like getting read only. I have tried checking the UI policies and Client scripts but couldn't find any solution 

 

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Hi,

Please navigate to Change > Standard Change> Standard Change properties.

Check Readonly fields values to confirm the readonly fields are setting here.
