Virtual agent topic Keywords not searching

Hi,

I activated a OOB virtual agent topic 'open IT Ticket', but i am facing this weird issue that, when i am searching with few of the Keywords in chat it's not showing the topic. For example there is a key word 'issue' for 'open IT Ticket' topic but when i search with this keyword in the chat bot it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find any matching topics'

Is any one facing the same issue, any suggestions will be appreciated.

You could just add a UI Message for this like below:

We have created a HI ticket for this will update once we have more info

ServiceNow mentioned this is because of keywords being used as stop words. They mentioned that they created a Problem and working on it

Can you give me problem ticket number? I did found this issue in Madird version too.
