Visual Task Board (VTB) not displaying

I exported a VTB from DEV to QA, and when I went to check for the Board under the "Visual Task Boards" module in the left Navigator, the said board could not be found. But when I check the list of the boards in the QA instance via "vtb_board.list" in the Navigator, I saw the board there. I need help on how to make the board display in the "Visual Task Boards" module please.

Attached is a screenshot of where I want the Board to be displayed.

Hello,

Did you check if the VTB board is active? can you share a screenshot of your VTB configuration

Yes, active is set to TRUE
