Hello All,
Looking for some guidance on this Visual Task Board (VTB) permissions issue.
Users on a VTB keep getting the error "You do not have permissions to modify this record" when they try to move a ticket from one State lane to another. Even tickets that are assigned to them specifically. As an admin, I can do this without incident which points me to a permissions problem.
I have already created an ACL on the vtb_task.State for anyone with itil, but it is still now working:
Any help would be appreciated.
Maria.

So it's the Catalog Task (sc_task) table. Could you check if the user has access to that table and record?

Which table records are being displayed in VTB? And does the user who is trying to access the VTB and editing the records have the access to that table?

Hello Ravindranath!
Thanks for the response.
The table records being displayed are from the [task] table. And yes, the user has access to that table and its records.
Maria.

Task table might be the parent table. Could you try to open the record in a new window and check the table name in the URL?
