Walk-up Experience How to change the sorting order of walkup items in Walk up Queue page.
Instead of sort based on overall wait time, we would like to sort based on check-in time or requeued time.

Hi @ragsinok ,

Walk up Queue page doesn't have a sort option in the walk-up portal, so unfortunately you cannot sort the walkup items.

Also received a confirmation from Support that in the OOTB "Walk-up Queue On Site" widget there is a no ordering at the moment. Submitted an enhancement request for same.

You have to set the order on the table: wu_m2m_location_queue_reason
