Walkup Experience - Appoinments showing portal

We have started to use walkup experience for our internal support bars. We use the portal on a TV to siplay who is in the queue and next to be served. 

However, we dont want appointments to appear in the portal (see attahced screenshot).

 

Does anyone now how we can change the portal to not show appointments?
