Want to create interactive filter on dashboard based on Manager

Hello Everyone, 

i want to create interactive filter on dashboard. Below is requirement

1. i should able to select user in filter. Once i selected if user is a manager and then it should filter reporting members for Manger and need to display all the incidents assigned to reporting members. It should till continue user don't have any manger and need to show the data. How we can acheive this

• Build a reference interactive filter based on the sys_user table.
• In the interactive filter reference create as shown below:
