Hello All,
When I attach a Document to KB article (Organization Knowledge) I created. Once the article is published, I can not find the attachment when I go to search for the article via the Employee Center portal.
Below is what I get when I check the 'Display attachments' box
When the 'Attachment link' box is checked, here's what I get - The "Save As" Dialog box
Any help on what has gone wrong?

The fix for this was actually quite a simple one! After speaking to support, they helped show how it all sat together.
Although the URL suggested that the page being displayed was kb_article_view, "It's just an exception for esc portal, it's not specific to KB Article view, same with some catalog pages".
Therefore the page that needed the widget added to, was esc_kb_article_view.
"You can know for sure which page should be edited by CTRL + Right clicking on a widget and choosing the option 'Page in Designer'. "
