Please check the screenshot below. We have created OU's as below in Azure AD. I am not able to find them in ServiceNow. Would someone please guide me as to how I can find them?
Within Security → IT → Incident, I am trying to search where the "Incident" sub-sub OU has been created.
I can see the groups that were created from AD. They are in All → System Security → Groups.
Can someone guide me where I can find this "Incident" sub-sub OU, or as my peers like to call it, "Groups" ??
Any help here would be great.
