I received this email,but I don't know why I received.when the event 'collaboration.notify_offline_user.group' is fired?

And how to solve this?

Sorry,I can't understand the conditions and actions that led me to receive this email 'Collaboration Offline Group Message(s)'

This notification gets triggered when the recipients are not online or actively using the platform. 
It informs about the messages or updates that have been posted in groups or announcements, this ensures that the offline users/ away users can receive the details of notifications when they are back.

How long will the user receive this email when they are offline or unactively using the platform?
