Workspace list items are not visible in the Agent workspace, but visible in a custom workspace.

Hello,
I have a custom workspace, where the user is able to see the "Interaction" list. As shown below, the user can see the "Interaction" List with the items "All" and "Assigned to me". These are filters on the "Interaction" table, and are visible only to the role "interaction_agent".
However, in the Agent workspace, the user can not see the "Interaction" list, even if they have the correct role, and even if the "Interaction" list is added in the workspace list items, as shown below.
What might be wrong here?
Your ideas would be helpful to fix this.

Hi @Smith Johnson,
When you looked at the List page of the Agent Workspace, did you impersonate an agent who has the role(s) listed on the individual lists under the Interactions category?
It is possible that two workspaces can have list categories and lists with the same names, based on the same table, and yet have different roles set in order to provide access.

yes, indeed, I impersonated a user that has the correct role (i.e., "interaction_agent").
I also checked in both workspaces, and the "Interaction" list is visible to the "interaction_agent" role.
