You don not have permission to see this catalog on Now Mobile

Hi all
I have added as a function for raising a request under quick links for Now Mobile app
Link added 

/mesp?id=sc_category&sys_id=ac0352811b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcba8&catalog_id=4d829a411b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcb99&spa=1&view=mobile

but I am seeing the error like this 

/(company portal id)?id=sc_category&sys_id=ac0352811b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcba8&catalog_id=4d829a411b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcb99&spa=1&view=mobile

but this is working

what is blocking?

did you check the user criteria for this catalog item and also check the user criteria on applet on mobile side

there are no user criteria on applet.
but the mesp works for incident form but it is restricting for catalogs.

i'm considering the catalog item sys_id as  

ac0352811b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcba8

makesure this will correct and use the below URL in you mobile function
/mesp?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=your_catalog_item/record_producer_sys_id

I am trying to show them the entire catalog to the end user to pick the correct catalog item to submit the request.
