You don not have permission to see this catalog on Now Mobile

Hi all
I have added as a function for raising a request under quick links for Now Mobile app
Link added 

/mesp?id=sc_category&sys_id=ac0352811b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcba8&catalog_id=4d829a411b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcb99&spa=1&view=mobile

but I am seeing the error like this 

/(company portal id)?id=sc_category&sys_id=ac0352811b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcba8&catalog_id=4d829a411b7a28105cf40f6cdc4bcb99&spa=1&view=mobile

but this is working

what is blocking?

I am trying to convert this into mobile view by using mesp

Hi @RahulRAJAS ,

Check this KB Article. It could be one of the reason why you are getting the error.

Service Catalog categories do not appear on the Mobile UI - Support and Troubleshooting

I have found the solution for my issue.
on the portals, we have portal for MESP where I ned to add the catalogs I need access from Mobile.
